Hotel Room Reservation and GOTC Registration



A: HOTEL ROOM RESERVATION

Discounted group rates are $119 plus taxes for single, double, triple or quad occupancy. The room rate is inclusive of two hot buffet breakfasts, complimentary wireless in each room and complimentary outdoor parking. These rates are good till May 31, 2016, or till our allotted quota of rooms is exhausted.

You may book by calling DoubleTree by Hilton at 1-800-222-8733 (this number can be called at anytime to make reservations) or call the Ontario Hotel directly at 909-418-4873 (Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm PST only) and use the GROUP CODE: CMC when making the reservations.

You may also book your rooms online by clicking on the personalized group link below.  Please apply the Group Code CMC if/where applicable.  Please note that up to 4 adults may be booked in a room with 2 queen beds at our contracted rate($119 + taxes), and ignore the terms and conditions which may differ (that is the Hotel's  usual verbiage that does not apply to our group). Also please note that the contracted room rates are available for 9 nights - from June 20, 2016 to June 29, 2016.

B: GOTC REGISTRATION


Fees will be comparable to previous years: 

Food Fees: This includes all meals at the hotel except for Saturday's lunch which is on your own.

$170 per person  Ages  13+
$125 for children  Ages 6-12
Children               Ages 1-5 are free

Registration Fees

As an incentive for early registration (this helps us tremendously in planning the schedule, meals and all other activities), the fee is kept at $150 per unit (couples and families) and $100 FOR A SINGLE PERSON till March 15, 2016 The registration fee will increase by $25 per unit after March 15th.

Please print out and complete the attached registration & food form (the link is highlighted in color below) and mail it back with the registration fees and food charges. 

Please make the check (US$ checks only) payable to "Alumni Support Fund" and mail both the Registration form and check as soon as possible to:
